Get to know me better

I am Donna-Marie Jørgensen, an empathetic Cross-Cultural Trainer and Intercultural Competence Specialist with over 28 years of experience. My mission is to bridge Cultural Gaps from Denmark and beyond, focusing on self-awareness, cultural intelligence, and teamwork. This can only happen through cultural education, continuous communication, and learning—or simply just through Culture Code!

  • I was born and raised in England, but my journey spans Europe, the Caribbean, the USA, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

  • I've lived in Denmark for over 17 years, fully immersing myself in Danish culture, workplaces, and higher education.

  • Exposure to diverse cultures and education systems has shaped my open mindset and commitment to continuous growth.

  • I created the Cultural Connector, a research-based tool for effective intercultural group work.

  • I use self-awareness, cultural insight, and strong communication skills to connect with people from all backgrounds.

  • My empathetic approach helps create a safe space where I can relate to others' unique experiences and challenges.

  • I’m interactive, curious, and adaptable, blending different perspectives and experiences in everything I do.
